Blind rocks! in collaboration with Bright star society conducted an empowerment and sensitization workshop in the eastern part of the country, Dharan on Falgun 7th to 11th. We got chance to visit Gyan chakchu school, a local blind school in Dharan and conducted a motivational seminar along with the distribution of calculator, braille papers and other stationary stuff to students studying there.
It was also an enriching experience for us to share our knowledge and ideas as well as create awareness about disability and social inclusion among the peoples of Dharan and Illam.
