Blind Rocks! founder president Sristi KC has participated in a promotional activity for Accessible Tourism in Nepal last week along with two other great personality Mr. Hari Budha Magar and Mr. Sagar Pandey who always believed in living their dreams!! They participated in several adventure sports that was earlier designated as NOT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE.

Blind Rocks! collaborated with Bright Star Society and organized an motivational interactive session with Mr.Hari Budha Magar. He is double amputee but his disability did not stop him to dream to climb Mt.Everest. We also supported Mrs.Nabina Gyawali, a blind woman with a token cash of Rs 2000.00 to help her to initiate a leadership course

Blind Rocks! team visited Apanga Sewa Sangh, Bungmati with the intention to motivate sixty five residential children with various disability under the care of above organisation. Miss UK Nepal 2017 Sirjana Gurung has raised funds for Blind Rocks! through a charity event held on 25 November 2017 in London. She handed over Rs. Sristi KC attended Sambhav Inclusive Art Festival which was held in New Delhi from 10-12th November 2017. She performed a dance and also conducted an inclusive dance workshop. She also presented a paper on Dance and empowerment for people with disabilities.

Our president Ms. Sristi Kc represented our country Nepal in the ‘1st world congress for person with disabilities’, which was attended by 30 different countries with a theme “Making our value visible.” She attended as one of the panel members, she presented her opinions regarding the best ways to practice inclusion.  Sristi attends ‘DYG 2017’ in UK as the main speaker. She conducted motivational and capacity building training to around 100 youths with a theme of ‘Be your own Rockstar’.
